The SMU 2025 football schedule has yet to be officially released by the university, but there are a few key dates that have already been announced. The Mustangs will open their season on September 6th at home against the Abilene Christian Wildcats. They will then travel to Waco to take on the Baylor Bears on September 13th. SMU’s first home game against a Power Five opponent will be on September 20th when they host the TCU Horned Frogs.
